The most unhelpful and incompetent agency I have ever been a client. Bryan rarely answers any email or question himself. He relies on his staff and they often give conflicting and mismatching answers. Also constant patronizing from Alex on this team who doesn’t seem to know much about the field at all. I had a problem that drug out for weeks and was unable to get a straight or clear answer on. I switched to a new state farm agent and it was pretty immediately explained and cleared up. This office will only be of assistance if there is some benefit to them. They certainly aren’t concerned with customer service or looking out for policy holders."
